Consultation with your doctor is by appointment.
A standard appointment is 12 minutes, which provides time
for discussion of one or two simple matters. If you
need to discuss several matters or feel you may need extra
time please request a long appointment at the time of booking. This
will help us to run to time, avoiding inconveniencing patients
by doctors running late.
Full medical check ups, insurance medicals and other medicals
we have listed on our information tab require more time.
Please inform our reception team when booking the appointment.
Urgent matters and emergencies are seen on the day. If we
have no appointments available, an appointment will be made
with our practice nurse.
Home visits are conducted by arrangement with your doctor.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, we appreciate
a telephone call. This will allow us to offer the time to
another patient who is in need of an appointment on the day. |

When choosing to book your appointment via the
website it is important to keep several factors in mind:
- book only non-urgent appointments this way
- staff will do their best to get the appointment you request,
but it may not always be possible
- remember to include all your details: name, address,
date of birth, telephone number and email address
- staff will reply to your request via email
- please read the information regarding appointments and
fees on this site before booking
