If the Doctor is unavailable to take your call, a message will be relayed and your call will be returned as soon as possible. We may send you reminder notices for routine screening tests and other health care services which help you and your Doctor monitor your health. If you do not wish to be a part of this system please inform the practice nurse, however, please note that if any tests or investigations are abnormal we are obliged to contact you for recall purposes.
