The Step Up program is designed for adults aged 50 years and over and offers healthy living and lifestyle advice. It is specifically aimed at people who live in regional and rural areas of WA, who do not have access to the same healthcare services that other people do in the metropolitan area. Care is provided to patients via a telehealth services and links to local health groups. If you would like to be involved in the program, please book an appointment to see your usual GP.
